Our morning campers visited the nearby Shipetaukin Creek. They waded in the water and used a big net to catch minnows and crayfish. We noticed the water was muddy and there were a lot of sticks and logs under the water. We had a lot of fun catching minnows and exploring our local stream.
In the afternoon Level up class, we partnered with students from Brazil. We studied water filtration systems and researched ways to filter water around the world. We enjoyed the experiments and learned about water surface, water cycle, and pollution.
